funfunFUN ! (:
yups. today was a nicenice day.
with the exception of school hours of cos.
which btw i screwed up chinese MAJORLY.
okay. not the point now.
so anyway, went to marche.
almost the whole hockey team.
sec ones to fours.
along mr ng and mr tan turned up.
mr tan with his AHEM. haha.
so we ate and ate and chatted and chatted.
in fact, we fooled around alot.
it was a hell lot of fun.
especially when everyone got HIGH.
it was darn funny and crazeeee.
and drank that drink like its free ?
kept ordering and ordering and competing.
its called shirly temple. its super shiok.
it has side effects of alcohol. explains the HIGH.
so anyway. after that had a QandA session.
with none other than the couple.
but whatever said is not to be revealed. hushhush.
we made quite a racket.
so attracting attention and receiving complaints.
left the place after quite a long while.
went to heeren with the sec threes.
then met the others there.
took neoprints ! (:
one set with sec threes,
one set with connie and joyce,
and another with grace and xunning.
all sets were with rui. haha.
my favourite is the connie and joyce one !
i'm gonna miss the green badge...
i want more of todays !
a day of total relaxation and fun.
a day spent with everyone...
oh ! and for pe today was basketball.
played the match against the AHEM group.
and we thrased them.
even though they had two more players
and alan ho helped them afterwards.
OHWELL. haha. yipee !

think everyone could tell.
and i was thought to be depressed.
actually i dont know what i was thinking.
or more like what i was preoccupied with.

i'm bored. dead bored.
i SHOULD be studying higher chinese now.
cos i've got nats training tomms.
which means i have no time.
so it has to be, MUST, be tonight.
but i'm jus so not in the mood.
i was happy the whole day long.
but suddenly everything went sour.
ever since the primary hockey training.
-screams- i wanna be happy...

so anyhow. another day at school.
everyday's jus the same stuff.
xiaojia and amy didn't go to school.
and amelia left halfway.
she had a relapse. some nerve thing.

so home ec was super slack.
then had imran's lesson.
he went on about how apologetic he was.
and then he gave xinjin and kelly protractors ?
as a form of apology. HAHA.
then had the english lit test.
as usual, my answer was short.
then had art. mr foo didn't come.
so we jus slacked in the art room.
after school went down to play around.
then had the meeting for cdiv.
then played a match against the primary kids.
we won. but i screwed up. whats new.
the rest stayed on in school. i went home.
watched the olympic hockey match.
netherlands vs germany.
netherlands thrased germany.
i managed to catch half of the first half.
and probably 3/4 of the second.
i kinda dozed off. was super tired.
think i'd better be off.
have a book to read.
and higher chinese to study.

its a wonder how a book affects one.
movies, shows and other stuff too.
its all fiction. all made up.
yet it could make one feel happy, or sad.
yups. i just finished a book.
the outcome is supposed to be a happy ending.
however, i dont think it is.
i mean. the girl's so darn materialistic.
and why not philip !!! why hartlet. stupid.
philip's hot, nice, devoted, cute, popular blahblah.
and he's the guy every girl is after.
and he's never like any girl before !

OKAY. don't mind me.
so i'm done with one of the two books.
hopefully the next one is... well. better.
personal opinion. to each his own.
spent the afternoon in the library again.
with rui, teresa, lorraine and meixian.
supposedly studying macbeth.
i roughly managed to grasp it already.
so i went on to read my book.
which i got so totally engrossed in.
only to end up in sheer disappointment.
haha. okay. enough bout the book.
lorraine left halfway.
after we had lots of laughs.
i jus dont know what to do without them.
so made quite a racket in that 'silent' place.
they bought quite alot to eat.
i was the rubbish bin. haha.
eating up everything they didn't finish.
everytime there were leftovers, it was...
"laura ! eat up ! i don't want already."
and teresa jus kept on taking photos.
so walked home at the end of it.
have to finish up my art tonight.
dont think i'm planning on revising macbeth.
like reading anymore would clear things up.
shakespeare jus loves making things difficult.
who knows what my plans tommorow.
now i'm like living each day as it passes...

the only reason i can be here
on a monday night.
is cos there's no training !
which is very very sad...
there's only one training this week.
when i usually have six per week.
anyway today's been an okay day.
was quite tired the whole day long.
but monday lessons are quite okay.
so the usual stuff.
got back geography paper.
i'm SO shocked at my marks.
but on account its the first paper
i guess there's not much to be happy bout.
cos i always do well for the first paper
but after that its down down the drain.
jus like my history. eeks.
so i got an A1 on the dot. 22.5 / 30.
even ms keh was shocked by my results.
ohwell. maybe studying does pay-off.
went for my dental after school.
same comments. perfecto ! (:
then went to amk central.
with rui, lorraine and meixian.
first got stuff at popular.
then went to sportslink.
we all bought stuff to eat or drink.
i had yummilicious cake ! from prima deli.
i had a sudden craving for cake today.
so we played with lego at sembawang bkstore.
its was quite childish of us.
we probably looked like idiots.
sitting on small stools building stuff
on a short and small table. HAHA.
but had fun nevertheless.
in fact, we lamed ALOT today.
laughed alot and had alot of fun ! (:
then we headed to amk library.
borrowed books.
we all have different taste of books.
i go for romance / teenage lives.
rui goes for facts. like FINLAND and sports.
lorraine goes for in depth books.
meixian is more on adventure and mystery.
we all realised our difference...
its quite funny if you look at the books.
went home after that.
english lit test this wednesday.
and higher chinese this friday.
and a chance for chinese spelling tomms.
and the thing is, with no training
there's no motivation to study.
sounds weird i guess. but true.
cos with training, i'll have no time.
so i'll seize every chance i have to study.
but now i don't even bother touching the books.
ohwell. i jus can't wait for training again.
src soccer this saturday.
its the club's anniversary.
so we're sorta invited to go play soccer.
which will end up being a circus.
cos none of us plays soccer. haha.
but i guess the src guys are gonna be there too.

i was jus surfing and chatting around
till i realised there's school tomms.
what a wet blanket...
anyway i missed cath class today.
and mass too.
went down to watch my brother.
he was launching some cd.
teresa accompanied me ! (:
met up in church first.
then we went to tell out teachers.
then cabbed down to sfx.
wasn't exactly very good i guess.
should have jus went for class.
so went for lunch after that.
think i ate quite alot today.
brother had other stuff to do.
or something like that. whatever.
so cabbed home with teresa.
realised how i miss the old times.
the times when i used to hang out.
sometimes it seemed awkward.
but it was nevertheless fun...
guess i'll have only memories now.
cos i'll never experience them again.
had piano lesson today.
think aural today was quite good.
i was spot on on most stuff.
then everything was okay...
mum went for mass after that.
so decided to join her.
there was baptism. 33 people !
so mass was like two hours long...
then dined at kfc with my bro after that.
i've still got undone work.
yet i'm jus slacking around here.
the week ahead is gonna be boring.
cos i'm gonna be free...
only one nats training.
and might not have school training.
pray not. cos we've still got SCC 6aside.
and i've got dental tomms !

so much for my happy ending ;
maybe the people that i thought were friends
turned out to be nothing else but frauds.
or maybe that word is too strong.

all jus turned out so fake. so unreal.

but whatever it is, things have changed.
and it is neither a good or bad sign.

xinni lost her voice and she sounded funny.
wiat. did i say 'sounded'? HAHA.
there wasn't much sound coming out.
jus mouth movement. and out of tune words.
anyway training was light.
cos some of them had a match later on.
those who didn't did penalty flicks ! fun.
dahlia played goalie for everyone once.
whoever didn't manage to score
had to run one round as punishment.
think only me and teresa got through.
but in the end they all didn't run.
perhaps only fazilah did.
after that we stayed on for the match.
combined schools vs src !
src beat combined schools 4-1. hm.
then the rest went back leaving rui and i.
we stayed on and talked with the others.
said some stuff i shouldn't !
which made me feel quite guilty.
but luckily the involved didn't hear it.
then we all went to eat.
tracy, xinni, ivy, limin, leng, vanessa and rui.
had only an ice kachang.
sat with xinni, leng and ivy.
then the cleaner had some problem. as always.
was quite funny. haha. (:
so bussed home with rui.
cooked maggimee just now.
and watched some tv.
only two more trainings left with dahlia.
then its mr.pak. and mr nordin.
church tomms. don't feel like going.
maybe i'll go sfx for mass instead.
rather than go to class...
since i heard its gonna be combined.

jus got informed today by a northlander
that our first goal was in the 45th second !
like WOOHOO. haha.
okay. i'm obviously still not over it.
i mean who would be right ? (:
had nats training last night.
the sec threes mostly didn't come.
so there were quite few people.
had a match. crescents and st nicks one team.
and the rest, including roy.
it was quite a fun match i guess.
quite stressless... haha.
so anyhow, its FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH.
but it hasnt been a bad day for me.
went to school, usual stuff.
imran's class was darn uncomfortable.
definitely cos of his lecture yesterday.
he jus went totally mad yesterday !
he shoved all the macoroni on the floor.
or as he calls it = spaghetti rice. -sniggers-
and he started lecturing and shouting.
and then he apologised. hurr ?
so today was quite awkward i guess.
got back our science papers today.
haven't gotten back bio. only chem.
yayee ! i guess i did well. 15/20.
its the first for me for science.
i've been failing all my other sciences.
and 60% of the cohort failed chem.
stayed back to help coach with the primary kids.
they have no respect whatsoever.
i can tolerate some nonsense.
not when it gets overboard okay. ARGH.
then cabbed with coach and meixian.
we went to delta to watch the guys' finals.
the rest went earlier for the 3rd & 4th placing match.
it was northland against sengkang for 1st & 2nd.
it was a really exciting match !
we were all screaming and jumping.
northlanders are really too conceited.
before the match was officially over,
they started throwing their stuff in celebration.
only to be stunned.
cos sengkang scored in the last penalty corner.
then was golden goal. 0-0.
so penalty flicks ! whee !
sengkang lost in the end.
but well played anyhow. (:
school's training is stepped down.
for two weeks i think.
thats like SUPER long.
thank god i still have outside trainings.
or i'll jus be bored to death.
and not touching the stick for a long time.

they were friendly and nice.

the hopes we had
were much too high
way out of reach
but we had to try

came one by one
the game will never be over
because we're keeping our dreams alive
this goes out especially to sn hockey girls.
this wednesday is our last and final match.
and the most crucial by far yet.
we've come so far and fought so hard.
and we all have a common goal in mind.
which is the gold.
so lets work hard together
and make our dream come true.
we'll prove the school wrong, ms lim wrong
and even northland wrong.
so please take good care of yourselves.
rest well and be in tip-top condition.
lets do it together and fulfil our dream ! (:

okay. so i'm back from desaru.
we went there friday afternoon.
after our 3-0 win against teckwhye !
day one
we went there by bus. no ferry.
so it was a rather long journey.
but we all had a chance to rest.
reached there and we went rafting first.
we were split with our seniors - bdiv.
so cdiv was with the badminton girls.
with 7 primary hockey girls.
so we were split further into five groups.
we had to build a raft with instructions.
my groups totally ignored the instructions.
but i guess our raft still turned out fine.
so we had to all sit on the raft and paddle out.
reached the other end and waited for the others.
then as five rafts joined together,
we had to paddle all the way back.
it was quite tiring, but was fun nevertheless.
then we went on to obstacles. fun fun fun !
first was climbing the log thingy, that was easy.
then had to swing across a mudpool.
all of us dropped in. icky but fun.
we all went afew times. got soaked.
then had to walk over mudpool with a plank.
i got hit on my leg with it by accident. ouch !
so went on to the monkey bars.
i managed to complete it twice !
but my blisters kinda burst. three in total.
so there was this wall we had to climb over.
then finally the army crawl under wires.
so we went back and checked-in our rooms.
my roommates were meixian, kristel and cheryll.
they were all quite okay. and well-behaved.
so washed up and stuff.
watched barney in the room ! with kristel.
haha. the rest thought it was childish.
then went out for dinner.
it was buffet barbeque ! YUMMY. (:
ate quite alot cos it was really so delicious.
then had free time all the way.
before de-brief and lightsout.
watched bachelor in the room.
clar brought janna over and went out with meixian.
then after they went back was supposed to be bed.
but my lips started to swell.
so four of us went to find teacher.
only to find ms choo wandering outside.
she happened to be our neighbour ? eeks.
so she brought us to find the teachers.
mslim helped me get ice and all.
so went to bed after that.
there were alot of bugs so cheryll kept screaming,.
but luckily there was brave kristel. HAHA.
she did all the catching and all.
day two
woke up at around 645.
washed up and went for breakfast.
meixian and i sat with the sec3 seniors.
didn't really get to eat much.
was quite tired and the queue was really long.
so ate like 9 sausages and 2 pancakes.
went for trekking and jungle survival.
jus a whole lot of talk and show.
then trekking was quite fun i guess.
the route was quite rough.
then some of us jogged back to the hotel.
a whole 2km plus.
some of us rested halfway though.
then we went back and had to pack our stuff.
had to check out by 1230.
i didnt get a chance to bathe.so jus changed.
then we had free time after lunch.
spent most of my time at the beach.
the waves were jus magnificent.
so we all got quite wet.
without realising there wasn't anywhere to wash up.
after a while meixian and i walked around.
met the secfour seniors at some bridge.
so played cards with them.
played the calling game. meixian didn't play.
so we exchanged names.
and i was chaiping while charlene was me blah...
so after that we had to meet back.
and we started calling each other fake names.
was quite funny. had some laughs.
then had some evaluation thing.
took photos as a whole cca.
after which ms lim wanted to talk to us.
realised it was cos of the src game tomms.
god knows how she found out about it.
see, we weren't allowed to play.
but we registered in the club anyhow.
so she banned the sec 2s from it.
otherwise, we cannot play on wednesday.
then she talked bout the teachers and stuff.
a whole lot of utter BULLSHIT.
it was mainly shooting to sec 2s.
so we all got pretty pissed after that.
i was in the right mind to jus play tomms.
and see what she'll do about it.
but didn't in the end. since everyone said no.
talked things through during dinner.
then was time to go back to singapore.
the journey back was a whole lot of fun.
first the whole bus sang songs together.
then the seniors started getting crazy.
putting up crazily funny performances.
then they started arrowing us.
but lucky for us, we reached the custom.
went back to school and then home.

its really fun and all. and we are united too.
so went down to watch the competition.
which i was SUPPOSED to take part in.
sorry but i'm still super sore about it.
then we went to siewmin's house after that.
stayed there till bout 10pm.
played cards, ate, talked...
it was a short time, but nice i guess.
happy one day belated pQs day !
yups. it has been one over year already !
and its national day today !

yesterday
went back to school.
tidied up things.
nothing much in school.
after school, went to plaza sing.
with teresa, ruiyin and jingyu.
ate at BK before going to spotlight.
spent a whole lot of time there.
shopped for class deco stuff.
while the rest tried getting inspiration.
for the presents this coming sunday.
yes, its our second anniversary ! (:
so after that teresa left.
the rest of us headed to delta.
watched the combined schools vs theresians match.
it was a really good match ! exciting too.
lingered around then left after that.
dad fetched all home.

today
headed to school with loads of barang.
had home econs practical test.
cooked claypot rice !
quite a success i might say. (:
the color wasn't that nice. but the taste was.
had briefing during recess bout desaru trip.
so here's a brief insight to it...
we're bussing to the terminals.
and then taking a ferry to desaru.
then there's a fruit farm visit.
where its an all you can eat fruit buffet.
inclusive of durians, mangosteens and many more.
then check-in to the hotel room.
its a 2 secondary girls to 2 primary girls.
other than afew exceptions.
then there's outdoor activites.
includes: survival demo, rafting, obstacle course and jungle thang.
then we'll have a teabreak at the hotel.
and then a treasure hunt.
and then washup time till dinner.
dinner's a barbeque dinner ! by the sea-side ! (:
and its free and easy all the way till 1030.
after which is lights out.
then next day will start at 645 / 730.
where we'll have a buffet breakfast at the hotel.
and then carry on with outdoor activities.
and then lunch and free and easy ! for 4 hours !
till we leave the place for singapore in the evening.
i'm kinda looking forward to the trip.
which falls after our semi-finals.
so hockey girls will be late and miss the farm.
BUT mslim said they'll leave stuff for us .(:
my roomie is meixian ! and two primary kids.
i'm kinda freaking out for all the upcoming matches.
i WAS confident. till yesterday.
when natasha talked bout plain complacency.
so we're meeting teckwhye.
and its at my fav spot ! CCAB. whee !
there's no more trainings all the way till the finals.
today's one was the last one.

okay. so i missed school today.
its not really much cos i'm not well.
i'm feeling much better than before actually.
after literally being voiceless last night.
and having puked out lumps of who-knows-what.
worse thing now is,
my mum refuses to let me go for NATs training.
i wanna go ! -whines-
i'll try to squeeze my way out.
but i highly doubt my chances of succeeding.
i missed cath class yesterday too.
and i could miss oral prac for piano too !
looks like being ill has its advantages as well.
piano guy came to tune the piano this morning.
and with the construction work going on
i couldn't catch much beauty sleep.
i finished writing my notes for geography yesterday.
since bout 530pm all the way till 9pm.
with breaks in between of course.
13 whole chapters ! phew.
now its down to actually reading it.
and understanding. AND remembering.
everyone's in school now.
i should have gone.
then at least i would be able to go for training later.
and its bout time i should get a haircut.
hm. maybe thursday...
