woke up at 8 plus this morning.
only to be flooded by smses.
and to know the meeting is changed to 430pm.
so i could sleep in a lil later.
thn i left house at 12plus to meet rui.
went to buy clips at central
before meeting meixian at amk station.
we went to SSC (singapore sports council).
i was the first to see the doctor. mr comrac.
he's really nice and funny and stuff.
i think my visit was the longest ?
he taught me new stretches and stuff.
and i have to do them EVERYDAY.
with or without training...
plus i have to apply some gel EVERYDAY.
twice a day somemore !
and i also have to go for physiotherapy !
was supposed to have my session today.
but didn't have time.
so made my appointment for tomms.
rui has physio too. and x-ray.
meixian is perfectly fine ? haha.
then we went to delta for the meeting.
we were kinda late.
but it started kinda late anyways.
so he named the team. I'M IN ! (:
then he briefed us about the trip and stuff.
our team captains are xinni and vanessa naidu(vice).
we're leaving next tuesday !
i'm kinda excited actually.
and we get to choose our own roomies.
i think its not really settled ?
for afew of us la. see how...
intensive training the next three days.
i heard its REALLY tiring.
though some said this year was quite slack.
ohwells. jus hope for the best i guess...

i cut my hair REAL short today.
at least short enough that i'll pass the discipline checks if we had school.
but i'd still prefer tying it up.
I'M SO EXCITED !
the selection results is out tomms !
for milo cup that is.
i can't wait to know if i made it.
and if yes, who's my roomie !

i've jus been told some bad news.
the ladies hockey meeting at src this saturday afternoon is COMPULSORY.
its so silly. go there to bore to death ?
but i guess we have to go...
attire : collar shirt, jeans, shoes.

i'm so happy ! and hyper ! (:
two days ago..
went to town with rui and pok.
we shopped around for pencil cases.
rui finally found hers. its nice !
then we went to pig out at sakae sushi.
didn't eat too much cos there was training.
but drank ALOT of green tea. haha.
then we bussed to delta.
rui and i payed many visits to the toilet !
then we were supposed to play a match with njc.
so ran one round for warmup first.
in the end we didn't need to play already.
so ran our 5 rounds.
me, rui, syafizah, liyuan and tracy lagged behind.
we ran more or less at our own pace.
so it wasn't really tiring la. i liked it !
then teresa came and i ran another 2 rounds with her.
so i ran a total of 8 rounds ! haha.
then we did some basics first.
after which was the match with crescents club.
i enjoyed today's game !
didn't really perform very well la.
but i did some stuff i never though i'd do ever.
so i was quite happy at the end of it.
then nordin briefed us on the milo cup.
he already selected the people !
but he'll only announce who on tuesday.
plus he'll be choosing roomates for us.
then went to eat and trained home. (:
yesterday.
slept till bout noon.
when my mum dragged my outta bed.
went to have lunch with her side of the family.
my grandma, aunt, cousin, uncle and bro.
had jap food at tonkichi.
the stuff there was SO yummy ! yumyum.
went for mass after that at sfx.
then dinner with my immediate family.
nothing much la.
TODAY !
went to church to meet the rest.
then we bussed to east coast.
there were only like 4 girls !
but it was fun nevertheless.
went there and we went bowling !
played two games. some didn't bowl.
my first game was shit. score was pathetic.
my second game was MUCH better.
it reached a 109 ! losing only to george - 118.
but i beat the rest of the guys. haha. okay.
then we went to the arcade.
played alot of stuff i never dared try before.
like DDR. which i totally cannot make it. haha.
then spent quite alot there i think.
after that we went to macs for lunch.
i shared the happy meal with solange.
and i got the incredibles' toy ! VIOLET !
its very cool la. haha.
then we bussed all the way back home.
though today's outing was short.
i think i liked it alot.
its one of my favourite out of all we had before.
maybe cos there was more interaction.
we're gonna be having a christmas party ! (:

had training this morning.
well, actually no.
coached the cdiv today.
though i must say i felt...cruel.
but anyhow, its for their own good !
okay now i sound mother-ish. eeks.
then bdiv training was much...easier.
it was organised but SUPER hot.
was suppose to go to town after that.
but rui and i had terrible stomachaches.
teresa was tired and went home.
so we went to amk central with meixian.
could have walked home after that
but we badly needed the toilet, so...
we cabbed home ! haha. quite silly la.
nats training was cancelled today.
so i spent the whole afternoon at home.
nats training is tomorrow instead.
gonna have a match i think. vs crescents club.
training last night was...fun ! quite la.
or at least i enjoyed it. (:
though the warmup rounds were a killer !
intensive training is starting next week.
mon, tues, wed AND thursday nights.
all booked for intensive training. INTENSIVE.
i hope i'll survive to say the least. haha. (:

I'M BACK ! (:
been missing for a LONG time.
reason being : i haven't been home either.
no i didn't run away from home.
just been...homeless. well, sort of.
been house-hopping.
started with teresa's, then seletar, then bukittimah.
within the past couple of weeks, i fell ill.
its quite a terrible feeling. eeks.
throat problems, fever, headaches, knee aches...
so anyway i'll jus blog bout some stuff.
from friday till sunday, had a 'chalet'.
at the house in bulit timah.
it was for the undersixteen nats team !
first night we didn't sleep.
played mahjong all the way till bout 0630.
then send the northlanders to the mrt station.
and then we all went to sleep.
slept till bout 2 in the afternoon.
then walked out for lunch.
watched video and played more mahjong.
thn walked out all the way to ntuc.
had macs for dinner and then bought stuff.
and walked all the way back. haha.
then didn't really sleep that night either la.
watched videos. but all of us caught winks.
thn played mahjong the next day again.
it was supposed to be a video-stayover. haha.
guess it turned out more of a mahjong-stayover.
but had fun nevertheless !
had a friendly match with crescents yesterday.
okay it was a total disaster.
i got banged in the head by a girl's shoulder.
and i also sprained my ankle. damn.
it turned out as a draw. 1-1.
though jude's really disappointed.
and i guess, so are the rest of us.
we gotta work SO hard for that gold !
i guess i'll blog till here for now.
another day gonna be spent at home.
though i'm not too sad about it.
afterall, its been some time since i've been home. (:

watched shark tale yesterday !
its quite okay i guess. expected better.
maybe my expectations were too high.
but its good if you want a good laugh.
went to the hospital this morning.
miracles do happen.
i dont have to go back to the eye specialist from now on already.
plus i still have perfect eyesight ! (:
there's still the neurologist tomms.
if i'm really cured, it truly is a miracle.
cos its said that only one out of ten sufferring the same disease as me recover ?
cos its supposedly a lifetime disease.
went to thomson plaza after that.
ate at BK. and shopped around.
i bought some sports goods ! (:
now i have some new stuff to wear !
the bill was over 150 bucks !
and everything except a teeshirt was mine la.
haha. okay. spent a lil too much i guess.
