Broken this fragile thing now
And I can't, I can't pick up the pieces
And I've thrown my words all around
But I can't, I can't give you a reason
I feel so broken up (so broken up)
And I give up (I give up)
I just want to tell you so you know
funny how that seems so right.
i guess i made a right move and managed to start term three on a happier note and not by the seemingly emotionally damaged me. haha right, i sound suicidal.
so i finally got my dsa application done.
i really dont want next year to come though i'm pretty excited as to what the future holds. but i'm gonna miss playing as a team, be it st nicks or recs, either wont be the same as this year. never gonna be as fun and worth my sacrifice. so i guess i'm gonna have to appreciate every word we exchange, the smiles and the passes we make on the pitch. and i believe i'd have to take harsher comments next year so till then i definitely have to strengthen myself.
as jude said "i cant wait to see you guys pay against each other"
well jude, i sure can.

i dont suppose its fair to say that any team fights any harder or lesser than any other team. i mean its true that sometimes we feel tht we deserve something more cos we ran more rounds or something, but hey, if it works for your team, then i can say nothing more.
once school starts, i'm pretty sure matters will blow over.
i wouldnt be in touch with hockey physically for really long though i think i'd still be watching cdiv matches if the workload doesnt destroy my life. but well, i had a good 2 weeks of pure hockey and nothing more.
recs ladies hockey outing at sentosa tomorrow! i'm looking forward to the fun but definitely not looking forward to the probable forfeits that i might have to do. but well, i suppose its all in the name of fun.
i suddenly realise how lightly i'm taking this dsa thing.
i'm too lazy to get stuff photocopied and go to the school to like submit the thing, and if i dont get accepted later on, i can jus say goodbye to colleges for the simple reason that my slack-y habit will get to me i'm sure. but well, let me jus squeeze in the last moments of fun before i go to school and get screwed for my homework, or the absence of it.
oh oh, and i was told today that i cant call someone without saying "EH" in front. haha. interesting huh.
and i was so on form for popping skittles in my mouth. (:

the u18 tournament has officially come to an end.
RECS U18 06 :
although we didnt get any medal or anything solid out of this tournament, i still think we did tremendously well. we played with teamwork and had a hell lot of fun. individually, we might not be able to match up to other players in other teams in terms of skill or experience, but i dare say we played the most together and proved a point that team-play is a major factor in a sport like hockey.
i'm sorry for screwing up today's game and missing my flick. i'm willing to take responsibility for today's lost cos as much as i said we should play and have fun like we have for other games, i still allowed anger to get to me and ruin things today. also, for not being a good captain cos i'm always breaking down first and stuff, but thanks for always being there for me guys.
i love you guys very much. (:
to whoever you may assume it concerns :
i actually didnt wanna blog about this at all, but now that we lost, i guess there wouldnt seem to be the least bit of arrogance in what i'm gonna say, though you might now jus say i'm a sore-loser but no matter what i say or do, its gonna seem negative to you anyway, so here goes (in no offence to anyone).
we entered this tournament to have fun, and if at anytime we seemed to be having way too much fun than a normal team ever should, then i'm sorry but thats jus how src youth teams usually are. we were in no means to seem complacent or think that we could match you with us all playing rojak positions. but i didnt think it was the least bit fair to have comments thrown at us. this aint the first time you thought my team was lousy or undeserving. like i said, have the decency to pretend you respect us, even as amatuer players.
above all, i thought that friendships could withstand all this. whatever happened to "whats on the pitch stays on the pitch"? yeah i'm trying my best to stick by that. but no matter how i'm trying to make things stay happy, you seem to be insistent on leaving it in this unhappy state. even if i didnt mean it, in all sportsmanship i would still shake hands along with a "good game", but i guess that never meant very much to you.
but now i apologise for failing to cheer for you guys jus now considering the fact i was drowning in my tears, so here goes,
"three cheers for crescent, hip hurray hip hurray hip hurray!"
and in upmost sincerity, GOOD GAME. (:

if its impossible to respect us then at least pretend.
rough day.
all i can say is, even if we were the worst, lousiest and most despised team, i still love our team. we are the one and only. lets jus go out and have fun as we always have been alright? (:

yes wanting, our dream team.
well near enough la. haha.
i guess having played away from these guys and in all that seriousness, i sometimes worry that maybe we're playing afool a lil too much. but i realised we're not. its jus the way we are. and although we laugh and talk alot, we still do our business right. and i love recs u18 team 2006. no matter what happens, you guys are still by far one of the best things happening to me right now. (: JIAYOU GIRLS.
and i realised playing centre forward is jus alright.
i finally got to play that a whole half today.
other than a few tackles i made on their defenders, i barely touched the ball. midfield's better, left mid i'll stick by you. haha. but well, 3 superbly important games in the next two days. but we're definitely into the semis, jus seeing which team we're gonna meet. i hope we can add on to the magnificent streak recs is on.
school's in a week and work's still undone.
i really really wanna get to my work, but if it aint laziness, fatigue then its jus the greed to play.

okay its been quite some time already
and since then, i've been having the time of my life.
basically, i had the best birthday ever.
-early sunday my family went to eat korean charcoal barbeque! its absolutely delicious and the service is damn good, not to mention the cute towels that were the size of coins but expanded with the touch of water. haha.
-the night spent with liyuan and xinni out at night safari after watching the men's premier semifinals. we were like psyched up over all the animals and stuff. and we had fun! eating a whole lot of ben and jerry's as well as burgers and shopping at souvenir shops and we more or less completed walking around the whole place.
-monday was spent with classmates! spent the day at sentosa and then marche at night and was surprised with brother and friends. i had a blast that day. oh and i LOVE the cushion cow pillow thang. haha.
-tuesday was the first day of our u18 and i got nice nice gifts from hockers. (:
thank you everyone for making me so happy! (:
okay other than that, major highlight is the u18 tournament that we are in the midst of. after the first round of 4 matches, we won 3 and lost 1. i think we're doing really well! in all honesty, i wasnt quite confident at the beginning, but now i think we stand a really good chance. all the way recs!
oh boy, holidays are over in about a week.
and having to spend hours and almost a whole day at delta, playing and watching matches, i havent done any work. surprise surprise. ahwell. i think some people are jus bad influences. haha.
term 3, term 3. i will start working hard.

"Something you've been waiting for will arrive today -- in a very surprising package"
-thats so true!
coming from friendster's daily horoscope, who'd believe it would have the least bit of accuracy in it. but well, its accurate. this time anyway.
my ex-maid came back! the one i was terribly close to in the past and i really really miss her and she's a whole lot fatter now, and i mean a WHOLE lot. and she's back with a daughter too. samantha is jus horribly adorable and she gave me three kisses! two on the cheek and one flying one. haha and she refused to bother bout my dad. and she kept wanting to hug my huge ducky. and she gave me a sweet! but i gave it back to her and she ate it. oh and she loves posing for the camera. pity i didnt appear nice in any of them, but she sure did. haha cute stuff. (:

i'm sitting with my lappie in front of the tv watching the world cup. soccer hasnt quite been my thing but so many people are like asking me to watch it so well.
germany jus scored this magnificent goal alright.
so anyway, its FINALLY the end of school.
and the two week holiday is here!
though it'll jus mark the beginning of daily hockey as we play the u18 tournament. i guess its gonna be fun but i dont think we're quite ready yet. but we'll jus give it our best shot la.
costa rica jus equalised!
and i was jus considering going to bed
cos i cant seem to stop yawning. but well.
i'm gonna drink milo and attempt to stay up. (:

HAPPY BIRTHDAY WANTING! (:
i love you ah wan. haha.
spent over 14 hours out today, and mostly at delta.
went there at early early 730 am to catch the u15 game.
caught the two games following too.
then went to tiong to catch 'the omen'. its worth watching. one of the few horror movies which actually has a plot. but there's definitely a part two.
shopped around with liyuan at tiong for awhile.
then went back to delta to catch more u15 games.
stayed on, watched the nats guys train and i stayed for half the men's premier game then i left for home. it was pretty late and i was quite tired, not to forget i actually have school tomorrow. drats.
school tomorrow's boring.
2 and a half hours higher chinese lesson followed by 2 and a half hours of physics. total drag. ah nothing new anyway.
last two days of school before we officially begin our holidays.
then again, i'll be spending practically every weekday for the rest of the holidays playing in the u18 tournament. although the matches are either in the morning or afternoon and one day its both, i can definitely say i'll waste the rest of the time away.
ah better get to bed or else i doubt i'll be able to last 5 whole hours of total boredom tomorrow.

spent my day at vj today.
somehow i knew it was coming but i still didnt prevent it. YES I'M SWAYED. AGAIN. whats new la. darn. okay i think chew's gonna kill me but i doubt she'll read this anyway. haha.
the people in vj are jus so...much better. i guess?
at least they're friendly, dont look at you like you're an alien and actually smile or say bye! yes, i'm highly impressed.
and the place actually can make you study.
okay then again, i think you could put me in the middle of a fish market and i'll get work done. which reminds me, i finished my chem assignments today! (blanks dont count) which means that i have done homework today and it is NOT an unproductive day. haha.
and superman imposter, i know you're reading this, i think. i feel like killing you cos you made me walk a hell long way home because of your fickle mind, not to mention how i had to carry two sets of 'battleship' home. and i'm nice to you okay! ahwell, i beat you in connect four AND battleship. haha! (:

i'm sitting here after a pretty unproductive day
when almost all my other friends have spent a day getting motivated.
well i dont really regret not adam khoo-ing.
i think.
so slept late last night after a hilarious activity.
was about to sleep at bout 2 am when i decided to take a trip to the loo first, only to find this big cockroach lying on its back and crazily struggling, obstructing my path. so i decided to risk peeing in my dreams and turned back to go sleep. then i realised it was pretty helpless on the floor so i could jus kill it without risking it attacking me. so SHIELDTOX!
and behold! another enormous cockroach appeared. and this one was actually running about. i wanted to turn away but i thought it could actually invade my room later which would much worse. SO... SHIELDTOX! it was a wild goose chase alright, until it stupidly trapped itself in the sink which i couldnt seem to climb out of after three thousand sprays.
but i still went to sleep feeling unbelievably accomplished and forgetting about nature's call. haha.
planned to go to vj today, but didnt in the end.
i was sleepy and lazy cos i had training anyhow.
so slept after a heavy breakfast all the way till bout 2.
headed for training at nyp which was quite alright i guess.
jude wasnt there again and so helped to organise.
conclusion : I'M RUSTY.
i'm so dead for u18. shucks.
after tv-ing and dinner, i actually did work!
well not exactly, i jus rewrote my chem notes.
but its still something right? right.
"you think he's really goodlooking even when he's finding a ball. -giggles- thats definitely love."
HAHA. jus heard that over the radio. funny funny.

the plague of boredom has officially hit me.
jus hours ago i was complaining bout how time is so tight and there's so many things to do and completely no time to get to work. well that certainly isnt an issue anymore. but i jus wanna lie and laze around.
church this morning and out with ken and kris.
we were supposed to go to town and shop or something, till one made mother cry and the other realised its mother's birthday today and i had to go home early to dine with the family. so it was jus lunch and a lil walking at thomson plaza.
hopefully the next few days gonna be fun-filled.
as planned, it should be.
but as lazy days go, plans dont always go accordingly.
'i hate being lied to so dont let me find out you're doing that to me. dont make me hate you and regret my decision when i have finally erased negative emotions and made by-far the biggest decision ever.'

jus got back from our lil gathering at wanting's.
all we did was eat, play playstation, eat, play carrom, eat, play computer... haha okay yes. so we played and ate. (: i jus love gatherings like these. doing all the stuff i love doing best.
except stoning. haha.
registry! -looks at limin.
i really heard wrongly and got a shock okay! haha.
i still think its damn funny.
and i wanted to go out to look for a ring on her finger.
and JAIME! i'm happy yet sad.
i found beanstalk's picture somewhere!
beanstalk's my new found name for you-know-who.
but i found out something else too.
a day out with a couple of friends tomorrow i think.
though i'm pretty shagged and all. but yeah.
tomorrow, i shall start on the dsa applications.
i think filling up such forms are fun! haha.
Friday, June 02, 2006

pictures say a whole lot.
i think we're flowing against the current.
we're beginning to spend more time playing and hanging out now that o levels are nearing. i mean, there's like lesser and lesser time with one another. and lesser and lesser time to study. haha. i think the more threatening one is definitely not the latter.
you made my day again.
i dont like you remember?
Thursday, June 01, 2006
i think i've about made my jc decision.
but without officially 'announcing' it, i'll talk about it more with some others first then i'll confirm again. sometimes, taking a long time to decide does not amount to me playing any games with you.
its amazing how friendships and certain ties can bond me and give me the tolerance i need. again, i've thought about it thoroughly and i wont do things unto others what i dont want them to do to me. cos that jus aint right. though i'm pretty much being treated this way now, people distancing and all, jus know i'm not gonna initiate this drifting. i'll take it now.
missed chinese lessons today.
woke up to find myself too tired and lazy so slept on for a while more then went to school for chem maths and english oral. sorry chinese!
tomorrow's lessons are slacker.
go to school and watch king henry play and then a lil chem and chem prac (which i'm pretty dead for) and thats all! but i know its gonna be a long day for me. ahwell, the cycle's starting again.
people surprise me sometimes.
how a person i used to detest can actually make my day today. (:
